Winpbu Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01General Terms & Conditions

Winpbu (winpbu.ws) is an online betting platform providing sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Winpbu and its users.

In this document, "Winpbu", "we", and "our" refer to the winpbu.ws platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

Winpbu reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will post a notice on the platform when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02Account Registration & Verification

To place bets on Winpbu, you need to create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct full name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Winpbu may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require a national ID card or passport.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Winpbu support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets for them is strictly prohibited.

03Age Restriction & Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on Winpbu is 18 years. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• Winpbu reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
• If a user is identified as a minor, their account will be suspended immediately and any deposited funds may be confiscated.
• Winpbu is not available in countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Government officials and members of sports organizations are not permitted to bet on related events.

04Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on Winpbu. All bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum limits vary by account type and event.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Winpbu reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Winpbu reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any bet.

05Payment & Withdrawal Terms

Winpbu supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• A fully verified account (KYC completed) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, Winpbu may place a hold on the payment and carry out verification.
• Suspected money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winpbu offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets in designated markets.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Winpbu reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winpbu. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate action.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Attempting to attack or compromise Winpbu's systems or servers.
• Claiming bonuses through false information or manipulating the system.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Winpbu may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory information during KYC verification.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, all pending bets will be cancelled and any valid balance will be returned after verification. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.

09Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will be used solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

10Limitation of Liability

Winpbu is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Loss of opportunity due to temporary platform unavailability.

Betting involves financial risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose. Winpbu encourages responsible betting.

11Terms Change Policy

Winpbu may partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• You will be notified at your registered email address (where applicable).
• New terms take effect from the date of the change.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
